2 Cute 2 Be True, the name says it all!

I love handmade toys for the girls. There is something extra special and extra cute about handmade products. Each piece is made with love and the  quality and craftsmanship is evident.

All the 2 Cute 2 Be True crochet toys and accessories are designed in the Netherlands, and are entirely handmade in Thailand. The factory where the range comes to life is part of a Thai government project, the OTOP, One Tambon (meaning village) One Product, which helps support local Thai communities. All employees are paid a fair wage, no children are employed and the project helps teach women skills and provide extra income for their families. I love the concept of this project and supporting it by buying such gorgeous toys and accessories warms the heart and it is wonderful to know you are helping families in another part of the world.

Adorable, gorgeous, divine are just a few of the words you can use to describe the range. There are party accessories like cake toppers, there are huggable dolls like the pig, frog and lamb to name just a few, and there are the adorable decorations and DIY toys.

There is not one toy or accessory in the range that I don’t love! The team at Coccinella send Miss C the DIY Candy Necklace to try out and it was a hit! Coming in XXL size with 14 pieces, it is such a fun toy and I can recommend it to anyone with a child that loves to thread or pretend play.

We bought a white shoe lace to thread the pieces on and Miss C had no trouble creating her necklace. It is great for developing fine motor skills, identifying and creating  patterns, for colour recognition and counting. Plus they were very handy in the play kitchen. I have been served Candy Necklace quite regularly but they have also been used for doughnuts, large sprinkles and for adding into imaginative cake mixtures!

The brightly coloured, well made 2 Cute 2 Be True DIY Candy Necklace is great value for money and would be a perfect gift for birthday’s and Christmas. The only problem with the 2 Cute 2 Be True range is choosing which one or two toys to start your little ones collection off with! I am eyeing off Barbara Bunny or the cute set of 3 Bunny Babes for Miss S this Easter, oh decisions, decisions!
